When I first became a mom over five years ago, I had no idea about self-care. I could barely make it through the day and I was supposed to find time for self-care? I was overwhelmed with being a mom and could barely function, so making a self-care schedule for myself would have been next to impossible.

Self-care does not have to be expensive or take a lot of time. The important thing is that you are choosing to do something for you. Something that makes you feel good, something that you enjoy, and something that you want to be doing.

If you have been reading about self-care tips for busy moms but are having trouble planning them out then this is for you! I have put together a 30-day busy mom self-care schedule. Most of the days require 30 minutes or less of self-care time. Obviously, if you have more time to devote to self-care then go for it! I just know that making another decision or plan can be very difficult as a busy mom so I made the schedule for you.

I have chosen a morning and evening self-care activity for each of the next thirty days. Feel free to use your own discretion and make an activity longer or shorter than I suggest. I just wanted to put everything into a schedule for you so it was one (or two!) less decisions you had to make each day.
